In-Store Pick Up & Curbside Pick Up
In-Store Pick Up & Curbside Pick Up
When you choose In-Store Pick Up in your cart you may choose a specific date, or you can leave the default (next available). You do not need to come on the date you select for the in-store pick up option, it just provides us with a general idea.
For curbside service, check out as you would for in-store pick up, and simply contact us when you arrive. 289-895-8099
Note: The calendar app in your cart is for scheduling purposes only. During checkout you will need to choose delivery or pick up again.
Once we receive your order, we will typically have it ready within 30-60 minutes during regular business hours. When your order is ready we will send you a notification via email.

Local Delivery - Zones & Order Minimums
We have 2 local delivery zones and order minimums:
5 KM Radius - $49 order minimum (pre-tax)
10 KM Radius - $79 order minimum (pre-tax)
Please use the calendar app in your cart to schedule delivery.
NOTE: Please select delivery again at checkout.
IMPORTANT:This appears to be fixed, however, if you are within one of these zones and have met the order minimum, pre-tax, and it's telling you we do not deliver to your address, we have observed some issues where it will not accept either your new or previous postal code (e.g L0R). Please choose whichever one works. This appears to be an issue with Canada Post & Shopify.
If you are unable to complete a checkout, give us a call and we can discouss our options.

Local Delivery - Frozen Items
Due to the time sensitive nature of frozen items, we require someone to be home for the entire delivery window (up to 5 hours) to avoid spoilage. If someone will not be home for the entire delivery window, please select a different date or use the order notes section to notify us and we'll call you to try and work it out.
As we cannot guarantee a specific time within the delivery window, you may not receive your frozen order on the date you selected. We will contact you and do our best to make alternate arrangements.
