In-Store Pick Up

When you choose In-Store Pick Up in your cart you may choose a specific date, or you can leave the default (next available). You do not need to come on the date you select for the in-store pick up option, it just provides us with a general idea.

Note: The calendar app in your cart is for scheduling purposes only. During checkout you will need to choose delivery or pick up again.

Once we receive your order, we will typically have it ready within 30-60 minutes during regular business hours. When your order is ready we will send you a notification via email.

Local Delivery

Local Delivery - Zones & Order Minimums

We have 3 local delivery zones and order minimums:

  • 5 KM Radius - $49 order minimum (pre-tax)

  • 10 KM Radius - $79 order minimum (pre-tax)

  • 15 KM Radius - $99 order minimum (pre-tax)

NOTE: Please select delivery again at checkout.

IMPORTANT: If you are within one of these zones and have met the order minimum, pre-tax, and it's telling you we do not deliver to your address, we have observed some issues where it will not accept either your new or previous postal code (e.g L0R). Please choose whichever one works. This appears to be an issue with Canada Post & Shopify.

Local Delivery - Non-Frozen Products

FREE local delivery to three zones in Waterdown and the surrounding area. (See Delivery Zones above for more info)

Monday - Friday: Delivery between 4pm-9pm.

Deliveries will be left at the front door by default, with no knock or doorbell ring. You will receive an email when your delivery is complete. To make a request or leave delivery notes, please use the order notes field in your cart (above the checkout button)

We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time within the available window - Thank you for understanding.

Local Delivery - Frozen Items

Due to the time sensitive nature of frozen items, we require someone to be home for the entire delivery window (up to 5 hours) to avoid spoilage. If someone will not be home for the entire delivery window, please select a different date or use the order notes section to notify us and we'll call you to try and work it out.

As we cannot guarantee a specific time within the delivery window, you may not receive your frozen order on the date you selected. We will contact you and do our best to make alternate arrangements.
